If you just need to talk, any time of day or night
Contact the Herefordshire and Worcestershire 24 hour Urgent Mental Health Helpline if you are experiencing something that makes you feel unsafe, distressed, or worried about your mental health. Call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.
The services below offer confidential advice from trained volunteers. You can talk about anything that's troubling you, no matter how difficult:
- Call 116 123 to talk to Samaritans, or email jo@samaritans.org for a reply within 24 hours.
- National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK offers a supportive listening service to anyone with thoughts of suicide. Call on 0800 689 5652 (open 24/7).
- National Domestic Abuse Helpline - 0808 2000 247 - If you are worried a friend, neighbour or loved one is a victim of domestic abuse, call for free, confidential advice 24 hours a day.

NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies
NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies is delivered by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, the main provider of mental health and learning disability services across the two counties.
