People and Communities are continuously communicating with the NHS and wider public sector. The Voices Reports aim to collate this soft intelligence and highlight key themes in the feedback with decision makers, for their consideration.
Each report is shared with the ICS Programme Boards and are available to view online. The Voices Reports were originally called the Insights Reports.
